What is a Hello World?

Hello World is the digital equivalent of a childs first word. Since the 70s its been tradition for developers to use the phrase when using a new programming language, teaching basic code or building a new device.

The recent invention of the Weblog introduced the phrase Hello World to a wider audience – everyone.
